九月的诺基亚全球供应商大会,移民戏称为“信义计划区”的Kamppi中心,在香港人开的高级中国餐厅“皇朝”里,偶而还会瞥见鸿海员工,和韩国三星干部凑在一起吃饭,聊聊光宝最近斥资三亿欧元,买下一家诺基亚在芬兰的模具供应商.

芬兰人不敢想像,如果没有诺基亚,芬兰今天会是什么样子?

要写一部芬兰现代史,绝对少不了诺基亚这一章.诺基亚和圣诞老人一样,已成为芬兰不朽的国家神话.

诺基亚之于芬兰,还不仅只是第一大缴税户而已.

钻研行动科技的史坦巴克回顾历史,芬兰独立后爆发内战(一九一八年),领导右派白军和亲苏红军对抗的,正是诺基亚前任董事会成员曼尼海默.当时诺基亚总裁佛吉赫姆,也披上战袍,成为公司所在地的白军将领.

有很长一段时间,诺基亚在国际上的知名度和影响力,远远超过它的国家,更是芬兰经济振衰起蔽的最大功臣.

富可敌国 营收比总预算多

芬兰劳工经济研究所所长基恩德(J.Kiander)归纳,芬兰竞争力能超越工业强国,大部份要归功于诺基亚在90年代的高速成长.诺基亚一家公司,产值就占芬兰4％的ＧＤＰ,和四分之一出口值.芬兰年经济成长率3.5％,其中的1％是由诺基亚创造.

说诺基亚富可敌国一点也不为过.去年总营收411亿欧元,比芬兰政府一年总预算还多.芬兰引以为傲的研发投资,其中有三分之一的经费,是来自诺基亚的贡献.
